OMG! This afternoon I was thinking I need to develop my own chai spice mix so I can have it whenever I want…& I was thinking you were the perfect person to judge my efforts…I got distracted before I found my cardamoms…I’ve failed you! Much remorse! I’ll still make some & see how you like it. 😉
